Empowering Your Journey to Wellness

In these sessions, you’ll receive medical nutrition therapy focused on your diabetes care. We’ll review your usual eating patterns, talk through your medications, and, if you wish, coordinate with your doctors to confirm medication dosing and treatment methods. I can review your blood glucose readings, CGM data, and lab work. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about food in the context of your overall health and diabetes, and explore small, realistic changes that can lead to meaningful improvements.

Yes, our online sessions provide the same clinical expertise and personalized attention as in-person visits. We utilize video calls and digital tools to ensure you receive the best possible care from the comfort of your home.

Can I still see you for general nutrition therapy or help with other diseases?

Yes! In the initial session we will review all of your individualized needs whether that includes diabetes or not I will be able to provide you with excellent medical nutrition therapy. I also have experience with eating disorders and can be your outpatient eating disorder dietitian provider.
